Ways to Purchase

On-Line:
Neda Design Jewelry uses a secure on-line server. When you are ready to check-out you will be prompted to fill out an order form. All information is safely encrypted and processed. It's a quick and simple step that should take no more than a moment or two. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order is received and processed.

Mail order or credit card:
If you prefer to pay by Check, Money Order, or don’t want to use our secure server, email us your order. Your order will be confirmed via email or phone within 24 hours. We will put a 48-hour hold on your item(s) for payment arrangements to be made. Payments must be received within 7 days of initial order, or item will be returned to inventory.

• Visa Money Orders
• American Express Cashiers Checks
• Wire Transfers

All payments must be made in US funds only.
Orders paid by check will be held until funds have been cleared through the bank.

Guarantee

We at Neda Design Jewelry will provide you with a product that meets the highest quality standards within the jewelry industry. If you are not satisfied with the product you received you can return it with no questions asked with the following guidelines.

• You have 24 hours from the date of the receipt to return the item for a refund or exchange.
• Return must be postmarked no later than 3 days after notification of intent to return
• All returns must be in their original packaging.
• The item should not show a sign of wear.
• We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way.
• We will issue a refund for the cost of the product, less shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
• We cannot accept merchandise returns on items that are made according to customer specifications. These are items that are modified because the customer wanted a different design, length, material or combinations etc.

A full merchandise refund will be issued within 5 working days of receipt of acceptable returned

Exchanges

If you decide to exchange the jewelry piece you ordered for a different style, you will only be charged to ship the new piece back to you, and any differences in price will be charged or credited to your account. We cannot accept merchandise exchanges on products that are modified according to customer's request.
Our goal is to keep our prices low and consistent.

*Please insure and package items carefully, Neda Design Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Shipping Policies

We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for all domestic orders that you place with us with the following rates:
UPS Ground Shipping: We will ship your order FREE to anywhere in the United States.

UPS 2nd Day Air: $10: Select this option if you want your order to be delivered within 2 business days after order completion anywhere in the United States.

UPS Next Day Air: $20: Select this option if you want your order to be delivered the next day after order completion anywhere in the United States.

International FedEx Shipping:

• Canada & Caribbean Islands: $30
• European Countries: $45
• All Other Countries: $55
